Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Sleeping Owl mobile application (the "Service") operated by App Studio Pty Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleeping Owl. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sleeping Owl for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us (if applicable), you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the device you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Sleeping Owl may offer in-app purchases or subscription-based content. Payments will be processed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in Sleeping Owl, including but not limited to sounds, audio tracks, software, logos, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

Sleeping Owl is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your requirements.

Sleeping Owl provides general wellness audio only and is not intended as medical or therapeutic advice. Always consult your physician for any health-related issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Studio Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless App Studio Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
